LastWarUnderground ("the Site", "we", "us") is an independent, companion site for the game Last War: Survival. We provide free game-data lookup, a player-to-player marketplace, and related features. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers or developers of Last War: Survival. All game names, logos, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Game data is provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
We are a neutral venue, not a party to any transaction. The marketplace lets users post listings and contact each other directly. We do not buy, sell, escrow, verify, guarantee, or deliver any account, item, service, or payment. Any agreement, payment, and exchange happens directly between users, at their own risk.

You keep ownership of the listings, messages, and images you submit ("User Content"). By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it as needed to operate the Site. You confirm you have the rights to what you post. We may remove any content or listing at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms.
Some features (including Tools and any future Prediction Markets) are experimental and offered "as is" for informational or entertainment purposes. They may change or be withdrawn at any time. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, or professional advice, and community or prediction features are for engagement only — not real-money gambling.
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that game data is correct or that the Site will be error-free or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LastWarUnderground and SilkBanana will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, accounts, or assets, arising from your use of the Site or from any user transaction. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim — which, for free features, is zero.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LastWarUnderground and its operator from any claims or damages arising out of your content, your transactions, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia or, where that court does not have jurisdiction, in the courts of the District of Columbia.
